Kids Club is very good and the guys are making it very well.
The hotel is very large, and the distances between the beach, lobby, and buffet are quite long. The golf carts are not always available. Although it is an Iberostar resort, there are several Iberostar hotels within the same complex. You should be aware that your all inclusive package only applies to one specific hotel. If you try to eat or drink in another one, you may be refused service. I understand that if I booked Beach Paradise, I cannot use the Lindo facilities. However, this was not clearly explained at the beginning, and I had several uncomfortable situations where I felt humiliated in front of other guests. The final straw was when my daughter participated a couple of times in performances at the Lindo theater with the Kids Club, but we were not served drinks at the bar there. I’m sorry, but we are on an all-inclusive vacation, and we paid the same or even more with the upgrade than guests staying at Lindo. Not being served a drink felt offensive. Don't bring my daughter there if you don't want to serve me a drink. ( I don't have anything against the Kidsclub, they are good guys!) After making a complaint, I was told it would be recorded and that I would be contacted by email. I was also told that the late check-out would maybe not be charged. However, I was never contacted, and in the end, I was charged in full. Additionally, I noticed inconsistency at the bar: some guests were served drinks from premium branded bottles, while others received drinks from plastic bottles, even though many of us were tipping regularly. Finally, the entertainment seemed heavily oriented toward American guests. This was especially noticeable during interactions with the audience in the theater, and at times it felt uncomfortable.

The beach at this property is a beautiful strip of land. The hotel is a mini jungle in itself with plenty of animals and birds about. Staff in general apart from random beings is very friendly and helpful.
To little bars and restaurants. Terrible lines at peak hours, that goes for the beach stand where you get food and drinks, the bars and restaurants. You obviously need to tip to get a decent drink. The pool was very dirty. Our room smelled of mold when we moved in. The service tried doing something which helped a bit but the AC was still moist. We didn’t find that at another hotel we moved into.

The location, beach, pool and the staff were incredibly friendly. Breakfast was good and lots of options with alternative milk options available. Shopping mall is overpriced as expected but the taco and burger place there is decent.
The quality of food at lunch at your restaurants was just about decent but the dinners at your buffet and all your restaurants was genuinely terrible! For what should be a 5 star resort, you really falter when in comes down to the evening meals. Trying to charge extra wherever possible, whether that is a room upgrade on check in, a 'premium whisky' or extra payment to access the waterpark - it just lowers your standards overall.
