Secrets Maroma Beach Resort truly exceeded all my expectations and provided an absolutely perfect vacation experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and exceptional service. The entire staff, including housekeeping, restaurant personnel, and bar tenders, were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. One standout member of the staff was my personal concierge, Angel Lopez, who consistently went above and beyond. He was super quick to respond to any requests, always incredibly helpful, attentive to our needs, and remarkably accommodating, making our stay even more seamless and memorable. Beyond the outstanding service, the food at the resort was simply the best I've ever had at any resort, with diverse and delicious options to suit every palate. I wholeheartedly recommend Secrets Maroma Beach Resort and am already looking forward to my return visit!

Absolutely LOVED staying at Secrets Maroma!!! Absolutely everything was AMAZING!!! The food was delicious, the property was gorgeous and the staff was extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming- 1000% recommended!!!

One of the best vacations I’ve ever been on. The staff is the best ever. The grounds are so clean and well maintained. Our room was kept so clean. The waiters and the bartenders were great. Carlos, Ana, are just a couple of the people that were so helpful. I wish I could remember everyone’s name that helped us because there were so many that were great.
