Clean, very nice breakfast choice. I liked the decor of the ground floor, bar area and breakfast area. Available at last minute, easy to find and comfortable bed/pillows. Easy to manoeuvre the TV. Nice shower pressure. Friendly staff.
The rooms are on the small size and little space for luggage. The air conditioning was fine, but very drying and I had to switch it off in the middle of the night.

Oct 27 2025 was a very cold day and heating was not working. This continued for 2 more nights

The staff were super friendly. The room was excellent ; renovated; I liked the small tables; everything you need for a comfortable stay. The thing I like the most was the bathtub although I didn’t use it. It’s hard to find on an ibis standard hotel so this one was extraordinary. Good value for the money.

For the one who is familiar with Paris intra-muros and its vicinity the location is OK.
The staff is welcoming and friendly. Also, the hotel is quite a melting-pot hub which makes it a nice place to be. The buffet breakfast is great.
The hotel manager might want to look at the drain in the shower, it is clogged, used water stagnates a long while before it evacuates.

Decent value for money, and easy transport links into the city. Staff were polite and helpful in assisting us.
Air conditioning system was unfortunately broken on one of the hottest weeks of the year. Guests were provided with oscillating tower fans, but due to compact size of the room and lack of window ventilation, the heat was still almost unbearable during the night.

Nothing other than it was budget friendly
1. Melanie at the front desk during night shift is someone to stay away from. On day 3, we came back around midnight and our key card wasn’t working again (our keys would stop working every day and we had to rush back down to get them recharged). I asked for the key cards to be recharged and asked about the AC that hadn’t been working. I asked if there was anything at all that could be done to help improve the heat in the room, and eventually just said I would make do with an extra fan. I’m not sure what her personal connection is to the hotel, but Melanie went absolutely berserk when I all said was ‘I’d like to know who or where I can complain about the AC’. She started shouting, making very strange and aggressive gestures, and I was a bit shocked and couldn’t respond for the first 20-30 seconds. She said ‘you are not a good woman’ to me, because she’s doing the night shift and is unhappy with her job. I asked that she behave professionally and just give me the email contact and asked why she was being personal when I actually said absolutely nothing to her, and she said well you don’t know about what’s going on with me and I am here at night and you are a bad person. She walked up to me and was inches from my face when a colleague of hers came and shoved her and asked her to go to the back. I’ve never ever had this sort of experience before. If I had been rude or inconsiderate, then I’d understand. But as a hotel staff, simply being asked to share the complaint contact and recharge of keys, she was totally unstable, unprofessional, rude and out of line. Ibis should pay for her to go get some therapy because she isn’t fit to be customer facing - ruined our holiday with that verbal diarrhoea and not once apologised. What’s worse is that I spoke to the manager Frederic the next day and all he did was smile and nod. He hasn’t a clue about what had happened and he also didn’t once apologise or show any interest in the episode. Really pathetic.

Staff were excellent and did not wait for us to discover the air conditioning was not functioning but told us in advance by waiving the breakfast charge and offering alternatives.
The rooms were a bit small

The hotel is in a nice area close to Metro Stations, local shops and restaurants.
This hotel shouldn't advertise as having air conditioning in hotel bedrooms, as it doesn't work. We specifically wanted a hotel with air conditioning as we knew the rooms weren't big and we would be there in the summer. There was a notice up in reception and the lift saying the air conditioning was working slower than it should. However in public areas like reception it worked well. The unit in our room on the 3rd floor was full of dust and the temperature control and fan weren't adjustable. We saw the hotel taking large fans up to other rooms and heard other people being offered free drinks as it wasn't working in their room. I would consider staying here again, but not in the summer. Also, we were directed to a paid locker to leave our luggage on the last day then noticed that other guests were having theirs stored for free in a lockable room.

We arrived friday afternoon and found the blinds were broken. Staff said that they didn't have maintenance until monday morning so we would have to sleep without blinds for the weekend(!). After insisting that would be unacceptable, they promised it would be fixed before the night. That did not happen and they would not offer us another room and said it would be fixed tomorrow. We know this is an economy hotel and therefor only expect a clean room that you can actually sleep in. This hotel does not even meet that low bar. The next day again it was not fixed and after a long discussion we were finally moved to a room with functioning blinds - though with a faulty shower.

The hotel lobby was ok. Others are really bad.
There is no facility at all, no kettle, some staffs are rude except the 2 ladies who checked us in during first day. Other staffs basically are rude and impolite. Bed are too soft, the room is too small. Location is far from city. We booked another hotel from booking.com but cancelled last minute without giving us any reason otherwise we wouldn’t book this hotel. I am a very tolerate person but this hotel service is really bad.

Really good hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Clean rooms. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, so no comment on that. Good level of safety; lifts to the room work with room keys only and they lock the main door after 1am. You can enter the hotel after that only by ringing the bell, and staff comes to open the door for you. The neighborhood is also safe and quiet.
Location is good enough; 8-10 minutes walk to the Alesia metro station. Take 4 and change to 6; you are at Eiffel Tower. Take 4 and change to 1; you’re at Louvre and Champs Elysees.
There is a small market very close to the hotel, you may find most of your needs there. If you want more options, Carrefour is close to the station. There are also 24/7 markets within walking distance.
Several metro tickets available at the station; we purchased a 3-day unlimited ride for all transport and it was a bargain.
There are two really lovely cafes around the metro station for breakfast. Around €16 per person.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay as a family of 4 (kids 16 and 10).
Rooms are extremely small in size. It is hard for two people to move around in the room. Bathroom was OK in size, though.
Unlike other hotels, they provide one big towel per person, not one big and one small towel.
No fridge and safe in the room.
The hair dryer is a joke. You better bring one with you.
This is just a warning, not a negative for the hotel: if you like transportation right in front of the hotel and short rides, this hotel is not for you. But it was not a problem for us. We enjoyed walking in the streets of Paris and the 30-minute rides were OK.

Quiet room, good breakfast, friendly staff and good room. Quiet and safe area and easy to commute.
Overall, very good value for money. I'd come and stay again there.
I called twice to confirm the booking but no one answered the phone. I ended up sending an email and it was promptly replied.
When I got to the room the sink in the bathroom was clogged but once the issue was reported to the front desk, the maintenance staff came right away and fixed it.

They cleaned the room every day.
We spent 4 nights there. The service was unprepared and not willing to help (some of them didn't speak English). I asked for an iron at least 3 times and every time they told me that they don't have for the moment but they will bring one directly in my room. Of course they didn't. Also, it's a little bit far away from the city center and the quality/price ratio is high.

Very close to plenty of food places
The room was really small, maybe 12-15 inches from the end of the bed to the wall. No tea or coffee facilities in the room.

The hotel served my particular needs as I was attending an exhibition nearby.
No kettle/coffee-making facilities in the room. The supplied towels were rather hard fabric as they are probably pretty old and have been washed hundreds of times. The base of the shower tray was slippery as you move to step out of it, so I would recommend using the small towel supplied, placed on the step-out area of the tray.
