I very like it.
Also, In the room there was a good tea bags that I very enjoyed from it.
Location for me was excellent, but it is a matter of preferences.
The bed was comfortable. I had relatively good sleeping there.
In the lobby there were good umbrellas that were necessary for February.

Location was good. On the metro which is a plus
Rooms are very clean but minuscule (I expect that’s the norm in downtown Paris)
Breakfast was great and plentiful. Staff were very accommodating
Rooms are no bigger then slightly large closets
Price? Maybe too expensive for what they offer but this is Paris at the end of the day. So I’m not quite sure about how to rate the value for money

The location is good to transport. The breakfast girls were super professional and friendly.
The check in was a little involved with doing it online but then requiring another process on arrival.

The staff who greeted us were so kind. The room was really nice as well for Paris. It wasn't too tight like other experiences I've had. The location was perfect too. Close to Pigalle and Anvers metro stations, and a short walk from the Montmarte basilica. Great spot to run from too. I could choose between going up around Montmarte, or doing a big scenic run through the tourist attractions in the city.
Nothing. I really liked this hotel. Thank you for your hospitality.

Nice and quiet, great location to moulin rouge. Great breakfast especially the self egg boiling cooking station to your own choice with a timer. Great coffee machine and option of coffees made for you by the staff but you can make your own.
The lifts had a mind of their own.

The facilities at the hotel were excellent, the staff could not have been more helpful
The rooms were comfortable and breakfast excellent.
We enjoyed that we could help ourselves to coffee / tea / cold sparkling water at any time in the lobby.
The rooms were quite small, and some had limited space for hanging clothes.

Nice hotel in a good location. Reception and rooms are small, to be expected for Paris. Staff very pleasant. Very accessible to all tourist attractions via public transport. Lovely vibe for eating out in the area. Room, while small, was very comfortable and well maintained and decorated. Be advised, very little storage for clothes so anything longer than a few days stay could be challenging.

Staff were extremely nice check-in and check-out. Even gave us an ice bucket and glasses for our bottle of wine we’d purchased off-site. Housekeeping was superb. The room was a lot bigger than I expected and our balcony was spectacular.

Good hotel, good location and good size rooms. Close to a very good restaurant street!
We didn’t have a fridge, make sure you book one of those rooms if that’s important.

Very nicely decorated, good to have an elevator in the building, didn't have the breakfast but it looked great. Nice courtyard to sit in and great that the window opens up in the room. Staff super friendly! They even loaned us a travel adaptor.
Underneath the toilet bowl was quite dirty, only noticed when I dropped something. Very clean otherwise.

The hotel is well located, making it easy to explore Paris on foot. The room was generally clean and the bed was comfortable.
Unfortunately, the service didn’t meet expectations. When I asked for an iron, they gave me a dirty, blackened one that looked very old and unusable - it was impossible to use it without risking damage to clothes. The staff didn’t seem very concerned when I mentioned the issue. For a hotel in Paris, I expected a higher standard of service.

The room was much smaller than expected, but I understand this is the norm for Paris. It was clean, staff were friendly and the bed was comfy. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel as we figured it was expensive for continental. There were loads of little cafes locally that served breakfast. It's a 15 minute walk (max) from Gare du Nord or one metro stop away. Montmarte and Sacré-Cœur are around the corner and we particularly enjoyed exploring this area. The number 40 bus goes from Pigalli (short walk) to the Eiffel Tower and takes about 30 minutes. Alternatively there are 2 metro stops very close by to take you to all the sights in 30 mins max. Loads of gift shops, supermarkets, bistros, cafes, nearby. Pretty much anything you will need is in close proximity. We enjoyed our stay here.
Drinks were very expensive! 10 euro fir a coke and an orangina that we took up to our room. We were really thirsty after a long day of sightseeing.

Decor and location of the hotel is excellent - we were in Paris for a concert at La Cigale, which is not even a minute's walk away, so it was perfect. Montmartre is on your doorstep and you can easily walk to the touristic centre (as long as you don't mind walking). The view from our room was outstanding and we loved having a little balcony. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help us (e.g. printing things for us).
Given we know about the downsides (i.e. room size), we would stay here again if we were attending another event in the area.
It's Paris so you expect it, but the room was SO small. I think there were a couple of items in the room which didn't need to be there (e.g. a desk and a stool), which would have made navigating the room a little easier had they been removed. With luggage, it would be almost impossible (we were travelling with small bags so it was fine).
Additionally, the bedding felt a little lacking in quality, with the pillows being very lumpy and the sheets feeling synthetic. Not a huge issue but you expect more from a 4 star hotel at this price point.

The location of the hotel, the decor, the cleanliness and friendly staff.
I didn’t realise how busy this part of Paris was at night times. I should have asked for a room that didn’t overlook the main road, as nightlife was very active until 5pm on weekends.

When we arrived there was a little confusion about our booking being a room for two, despite previous email communication confirming it was for two. We had a great service though from most of the staff we met, and some exceptional service from a younger man who was proactive and helpful.
The initial confusion, that was partly our own fault, though the email messages we exchanged in advance didn't seem to have been taken into account. Staff service after our initial arrival made up for it though.

We had a very nice stay in this hotel! Location was perfect, close to Metro station Pigalle and close to Sacre Coeur and lots of nice restaurants (also for breakfast). The bed was perfect and so comfortable. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
We had room number 12, which had a door to 11 so if needed you can book two connected rooms. However, because of this door, we could hear the television in room 11 very well. Or maybe it was just very loud ;) Luckily, we only noticed this once.

Good location. Nice room although twin beds were pushed together and there wasn't really enough room in the room to separate them a little more.
On the booking paperwork it stated, "Landmark view, City view". Our room looked over the back of the hotel so no view at all. I think a little more information when we arrived would have been helpful e.g. we were told there was room service, but not sure what that included. There was no tourist information. The breakfast on the first morning was disappointing - no croissants, and they had run out of scrambled egg so would have had to wait for more and, 21 Euros seemed quite expensive. I needed to ask for cutlery and when it came there was enough for one but not for the two of us. We were also perched on what seemed like part of the reception desk rather than a table.

Lekker bed, goeie locatie, behulpzaam personeel, mooie kamer.
