Rainy days couldn't stop us

Nice little apartment, that has everything you need. Located right beneath Montmartre, with nice bakeries (like Pain Pain), coffee shops (like Halle Saint Pierre) restaurants etc near by. Metro stations for lines 2, 4 and 12 are near by, and trains are very frequent. Apartment is equipped with coffee maker and kettle, and couple of complementary tea bags and coffee pods.

We had nothing to complain about.

Could be a lovely stay due to location and staff but apartment desperately in need of renovation!

Location was excellent only a few minutes from Sacre Coeur in the heart of Montmartre. Service was very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness was exceptional.

The entire apartment is in desperate need of renovation. The photos online make the apartment look much nicer than it is! From an aesthetic perspective there are stucco walls and Lino flooring which makes the place look a lower standard. There is mould on the grouting of the shower, cracked ceiling and peeling paint and wallpaper. There are also electrical sockets that are hanging off the wall which makes it dangerous, particularly for children.

Client service leaves much to be desired.

Hi! I liked the location, the tidiness of the place and that an apartment was overall comfortable and well equipped.

The quality of service and attitude towards clients leave much to be desired. The staff were not particularly helpful, nor even polite. The first encounter with a receptionist left me questioning myself if I was welcome there at all. At the booking phase I asked to put me on the 1st floor with a street view or smth, while autocorrect changed it to “Beach street or beach view”, the response I got was “there is no beach in Paris”. I would say it’s totally unacceptable to respond to a client in this manner and I ask if the hotel management advise their staff at all on how to respond/behave with clients. The room was cleaned after 9 days despite my request to clean it earlier.

Great stay

Good sized room, which was lovely, clean and comfortable. Well located to metro stops. It's a high tourist area, which won't suit everyone. However, it's a great local neighbourhood too

Excellent Hotel in Perfect Location

Perfect location. Very clean. Reception is excellent and the amenities and breakfast are outstanding. On-site parking is safe and convenient. You can walk to literally everything. The rooms are gorgeous at unbeatable prices (and no, I don’t work for them!). The garden is lovely and peaceful. They are wonderfully dog-friendly while still keeping everything exceptionally well-maintained and spotless. Many dog-friendly places struggle with cleanliness, but not here. Everything is fresh, tidy, and thoughtfully cared for. Highly recommended. ⭐ Message About Staff Support During Emergency We faced a sudden and severe medical emergency during our stay, including fainting and vomiting, and it was a difficult, messy situation. The staff responded with kindness, calm, professionalism, and true compassion. They were proactive in securing emergency care while still managing the front desk effortlessly. Their empathy and level of care were extraordinary. I cannot say enough good things about the team. They are exceptional people, and we are deeply grateful for how they supported (and quite literally saved) us during such a frightening moment.

Good spot, but annoying quirks.

The location was excellent.

Annoying inconveniences, like the inability to split the beds (for friends sharing a room), the tiny shower without a door (water splashes out no matter how careful when using), the pillows were uncomfortable, the safe was at the top of the cupboard and side-on (meaning you had to stand on a chair to use).

Excellent location, family apartment was huge, breakfast delivered each morning - everything to make a trip easy! Staff were incredibly helpful and arranged taxi for us on our departure morning. Would stay here next time in Paris.

Wonderful - would stay again.

Location (just at the foot of Montmartre, close to Pigalle), spacious room (Paris!) with kitchenette, comfy beds, good wifi, lots of amenities available at the reception. Carrefour Express round the corner.

The rooms probably get hot in summer, there's no airco (but I also did not expect this). The windows can open, though and there are two fans available.

Hotel does not do much or offer much. Bare bones stay. Great location. NO AC. Do not stay in summer

Great location. But the alley is not maintained and there is a street person there... And often youth are loitering and partying late out front. Could be nice of the hotel tidied up a bit. The street person has no where to go but the hotel could clean up the smell of urine and the youth partying could be spoken to.

Weekend in the Paris with Family

+ very clean, no bedbugs + complimentary coffee, tea and water + safety deposit box in the room + nice staff + very good location near restaurants and metro stops + peacefull + good bed and pillow + good kitchen in the room + hot water in the shower + several openable large windows + fridge and microwave in the room I would definitely go again! Good value for money.

- no air condition - restaurant nearby is a bit noisy during weekend evenings, but soundproofing of the windows is quite good - air is not changing in the room

Good size apartments. Good location. Friendly staff. No issues during our weekend stay. Only downside was the smell of urine outside of the hotel but this was not a hotel issue.

Convenient location but lower than expected overall experience

Hotel is very well located. Close to metro stops and there are many good restaurants, coffees, bakeries and shops nearby.

Other than location, it is OK-ish. The sofa in my room for example was far from being fit for sleeping. The lift was out of service for two days. There is a homeless person living in his tent right outside the hotel with his dog which may be creepy for some. Last but not least the in room amenities could be much better than it was.

Meh.

The location is great, the staff are friendly with excellent language skills. You can be confident booking here if you don’t speak French. It’s pretty quiet, though we were on the fifth floor.

The photos of the studio apartment DO NOT represent what you’ll actually get. The reality is significantly more basic. The layout of the room (which is not shown in the photos) means that the bed is pushed against the wall - one of you will not be able to get into bed normally. There are no bedside tables nor plug sockets near the bed. I have medical equipment I need to use so this was a real problem. There will be one toilet roll in your room. Replacements are free but the staff guard them like they are gold bars. You will have to ask often, it will get weird. The hairdryer did not work. One of the plug sockets did not work. The place was overall pretty clean but could do with a thorough going over. There were mystery stains on the chairs. The wardrobe shelves were dusty, so my clothes were dusty. It all contributed to an air of neglect. This is not a four-star property. It’s probably really useful if you travel with kids, so you can make small meals, etc without having to go out.

1) Staff were lovely and helpful. 2) Property was clean and tidy. 3) Beds were comfortable. 4) Shower great.

1) Kitchen hob so small that you couldn't have more than one item on the hob at one time. 2) Microwave no info on how to use other that just to heat up. 3) Dishwasher couldn't accommodate the dinner plates, so had to wash up. 4) Not enough surfaces in the kitchen or bedroom. Ideally a few shelves in the bedroom area would be great. 5) TV not a smart TV so couldn't use to stream from own accounts. We made do with pre-downloaded on ipad we brought with us. 6) WIndow set in a small section of the room, so when staying in felt like we were in a cell. 7) Noise from adjoining rooms wasn't great! Sound insulation could be improved to prevent this. 8) Separate toilet a good idea, but not without a sink in with the WC. It is not hygienic to have to open the door to go into another room to wash your hands after using the toilet.

A nice place to keep your luggage, nothing more.

I liked the location and the staff at the reception. Having the kitchenette was definitely beneficial.

We were a family of 3 and we were given a paltry 4 pods of coffee for the whole 6 nights, no refills, no cleaning service for all 6 nights, same towels. And all this under the pretext of recycling or some garbage like that. If you are doing all that please reduce the room rent. Please don't pretend to trying to save Earth.
