Highly recommended

I have stayed here once before and it’s the perfect stopover if you coming from Cherbourg and heading south. Staff are very friendly and helpful, there’s a supermarket a short walk away and the hotel breakfast is superb, you can even boil your own eggs just the way you like them. The whole experience was great. We were ready and rested to continue our journey. Many thanks.

Good for quality price

Easy check in and check out Good for one night sleep. The bed was comfy

We travelled with 2 puppies, carpeted rooms not ideal. Room was small. Overall clean, but the walls of the shower were not cleaned (reminancence of water stains) there was also multiple individual hairs on shower floor.

Mischarged for drinks, had to sort out the next day, but they were helpful in sorting it out.

Excellent staff and facilities. So clean and well looked after.

The staff were excellent especially the lady who served a wonderful breakfast spread the following morning. Loads of choices of cold or hot food. She even cleaned the tables and chairs while attending the food . Excellent to see this attention to detail. Will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Location for on ward journey was great but 15-20 min walk to nearest restaurants but this was a minor issue.

Delicious. Food to cater for all tastes, attractively laid out. I appreciated the ‘healthy’ items, seeds, dried fruit, etc to add to muesli.

Coffee could have been better. It was a automatic machine. Capsule machines provide a better cup of coffee, in my opinion.

Disappointing for an IBIS

Good location

They got the booking wrong (family room 2 beds) and we had to move rooms until it was sorted out, not a pleasant experience when you arrive at midnight and just want to go to bed. Gentleman at front desk not empowered to make decision and had to call manager on duty. Some kind words and apologies would have been appreciated when we checked out the following morning.
