Paraiso is perfectly located close to both the public boat dock and the airport, and it has a beautiful little beach and a fantastic bar overlooking the beach. The hotel restaurant is lovely, and the food is great.

The majority of the staff were friendly and helpful but there were a couple of members who we felt were not warm and welcoming. At the end of the day the people you meet make a difference.
The servers at breakfast and din er into he main restaurant buccaneers were lovely.
Comfortable bed.
Large room with air con.
Strong coffee and pretty good breakfast.
Ordering food from Por Ahi (thr beach bar) needed foresight and took over 45 minutes to arrive. One evening we had waited for an hour and when we spoke to the lady working there she just looked at is blankly. Not impressed.
We definitely got bug bites during the night. I did find gaps in the window frame from the bathroom.
Also the room seemed clean but the floor felt very greasy.
The floor towel in the bathroom was not changed the whole time we were there.
