The staff were exceptional, very friendly, funny and accommodating. We were greeted with smiles, nothing was ever to much for the staff. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The 2 restaurants, we tried them both, both did very well food wise, The breakfast was outstanding, there was a good choice of food. Possibly the best omelet I ever had. You could even have breakfast with a view and eat outside. My only compliant, I was not able to use the pool as the weather was to cold. I will be back in summer to do so :-)

The buffet was great!
The trash bins was full and not well hidden from the quests. Trash brings flies!!

The breakfast is the first and the most important meall of the day. We thought the breakfast was the best. The location suited our purpose excellently.
Cleanliness was very suspect, we lived with 3 spiders and their webs for 3 days, yet hospitality was in the room each afternoon. Cleaning should be done while the guests are out and about, not in the afternoon when they are back to rest. Cleaning was attempted after 15h00 each and everyday. It was never up to scratch.
