Eine schöne und tolle Lage des Hotels. Äusserst freundlicher Empfang ein wunderschönes Zimmer, mit Ofen und ein wunderbares Frühstück.

The entire experience from checking in to arranging dinner and drivers to take us to various places was excellent.
We even had coffee and croissants in the morning of our early departure.

There didn't seem to be many staff or facilities available after around 4pm

location and accommodations were spectacular
the staff are really useless, messed up an airport transfer which made us late for our flight.
No reception open before 8am????
restaurant staff were very difficult and rude
