Fantastic, breakfast was good, hotel is lovely. Only caveat is the restaurant is closed for dinner. Which is not an issue since Franschhoek has excellent t restaurants but would be nice to have dinner in the manor at least one night.

Tranquil, beautifully kept and decorated. Excellent location within the town. Extremely peaceful.
It would have been lovely to have a dinner option onsite. Not necessarily an open restaurant, but maybe the option to order something during the day for the evening.

location and accommodations were spectacular
the staff are really useless, messed up an airport transfer which made us late for our flight.
No reception open before 8am????
restaurant staff were very difficult and rude
