The hotel is full of character and just off the main road in Franschhoek. The staff are the absolute jewel in the crown of this place though - even through 3 day power outages and all that came with an awful storm, the team could not have done more for us. Kim the manager was so helpful and kind in sorting everything for us and even transferring us to camps bay for our last night so we could end our trip on a high note. She had great dinner recommendations and the whole team did everything they could for us. A brilliant place.
There were awful storms when we were in franschhoek - nothing to do with the property of course, but even without power or basic amenities, the team did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. They were amazing.

Perfect location, just off the main street so it’s quiet and close to lovely bars and restaurants. The most friendly staff on the planet! Couldn’t do enough for us. The room was incredible. Definitely will be returning.
