The staff stood out as the highlight of the experience. Maryna was the most considerate, attentive and delightful hostess. The facilities, the view and the overall experience was nothing short of excellent as well.
there was a bit of back and forth with regard to the online check-in link that didn't work so this could be improved as it is the beginning of the customer experience journey. That said Maryna made up for this inefficiency with extraordinary service.

Tudo. A casa é confortável, tanto na área privativa como na área comum. É Silenciosa e com uma vista linda no café da manhã. O café da manhã é simples mas delicioso. O staff é maravilhoso!
