Very friendly Staff. Nice location with parking available.
The bathrooms are shared and separate for us which is not a problem, but just one shower and one WC is too few. The shower did not drain properly, thus leaving water on the floor. In need of some tender care.

Room was good. A good idea for earplugs to be issued out. The layout of the property was good, good kitchen facilities and breakfast in the.morning. Easy walk to the train station. Located on the Southdown path so very convenient for walkers.
Shower wouldn't hold up properly on the stand, made it difficult to use. Was a little noisy outside the room.
