    We stayed for 6 days and the location was unbeatable! Just a few steps away from Hyde Park and the main shopping streets! The rooms were also clean and comfortable and the bathroom has a tub! Perfect for relaxing after a long day.. The staff were friendly and accommodating and even helped us check in early. Overall an excellent experience in this hotel.

    Checked in at 3pm and waited two hours finally got the room key at 5pm. The room was in lower level and there was no view at all. There’s a locked door in the lounge to another guest room and we could hear them using their bathroom. The staff in club lounge were nice however food was not delicious.
