Booked a standard double, room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable and had a range of pillows firm and soft. Great block out curtins so room was nice and dark. Staff friendly, location was fantastic, across the road from the metro station, 1 block from the train station, close to Hyde Park, supermarket (Woolworths) and 1 block from the main shopping strip (Pitt ST Mall) and Westfields.
Tiny bathroom with a weird shapped triangle shower so kept hitting the wall but maybe it was just the room i was in and the other bathrooms weren't odd shaped.
Room was facing Park street so was a bit nosiey, however given it was a Saturday night that's to be expected

The hotel was very well located in the centre of Sydney city. Very good access to all transport hubs and also a wide selection of eateries and bars nearby.
The lifts are a bit old

The location was excellent. Hot shower.
I thought it was overpriced. Steps at the front and at the lifts made it diffucult with luggage. Tiny room. Dark narrow corridor Curtains that did not quite cover the window. You would not want to stay here for anything but a bed for the night.
