Felt Completely Looked After from Start to Finish

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The entire property is spotless — beautifully designed, modern, and incredibly clean. The atmosphere is peaceful and elegant, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. What truly made the experience special was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The hotel management went above and beyond — they took care of anything that was even slightly inconvenient for us and even helped us with booking our train tickets, which made our trip so much easier. Overall, a beautiful hotel with outstanding service and attention to detail. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and warm hospitality. Massive thank you to Arthur and Sacha who made sure our stay was one we would always remember.

Brief luxury sojourn

We were given a free upgrade; the suite was superb - very spacious, with amazing views. The hotel allows you to spend time in the spa after checkout. The spa was great (although with stairs, so not good for someone who is not so mobile). I liked the valet parking and help when we arrived.

There was still a card written in the room to the person who should have had the suite (but I guess cancelled hence our free upgrade). The breakfast was really nothing special. We had it in the room and I definitely would rate it 5/10. Both tea and coffees were also cold by the time they were given to us. The croissants seemed stale. The bed was not as comfortable as I was expecting.

Stunning views, major disappointments

The lakefront view at Park Hotel Vitznau is breathtaking, and the Michelin-star restaurant delivers exceptional cuisine.

But for $2000/night, this hotel falls short in every other way. A wedding with loud music and shows disrupted our stay, with no prior notice. The front desk and management were shockingly rude and inconsistent—allowing our guest to swim in the public lake, only to retract permission after an unnecessary argument, despite the half-empty hotel. Their inflexibility ruined our plans, with zero effort to make amends. The hotel’s vibe is cold, lacking warmth or authentic charm. Spacious rooms feel sterile and poorly designed, despite the obvious money poured into the place. Kids screaming everywhere added to the chaotic atmosphere. The main restaurant’s food was average at best for the price. Save your money—this hotel’s stunning location and fine dining can’t redeem its lack of service, taste, or heart. Not worth it.

Silence, calm, harmony, aesthetics, beauty of nature to the accompaniment of meditative comfort. Open space pool is amazing, breakfast/lunch near the lake is a pleasure, very quite in the night and during the day, rooms are cool conditioned in hot weather. Ideal for warm relaxation. Dragon set is 🥰

Hostess woman on breakfast in inner hall forgets details of orders, need to repeat twice and stay hungry more than necessary, so it's better to sit near the lake with fast waitors.

Dramatic views, helpful staff, and the best food I had in Switzerland will be my memories.

The absolute best things were the view, and the food quality - especially breakfast. The bread, Grand Cru cheese, fig mustard, were the best examples I had across other fine Swiss hotels and restaurants.

The pillows weren't that supportive. The shower stall was very narrow, and the doors flimsy (the sealing trim on one of them fell off. The room cooling wasn't that effective - and I'd worry about staying there in the hotter summer. But the only glaring issue about my stay I felt was the visibly exposed toilet in the bathroom so there was no privacy. in fact, with no doors anywhere in the suite there was no possibility for privacy anywhere.

Exceptional hotel in a beautiful setting

Beautifully located hotel right next to the lake. The facilities are exceptional, with a wonderful outdoor infinity pool (heated of course) being one of the highlights. The suites are spacious and offer amazing views of the lake and the snow-capped mountains. The Atelier restaurant combines sublime dishes with excellent service in a refined setting infused with natural light.

Beautiful property with magnificent lake and mountains view. Very friendly staff. Our suite was amazing and complementary drinks were a nice treat. 3 great restaurants at the hotel. Excellent Spa and pool.

Superb

The hotel is very clean and well taken care of. The stuff is very pleasant and feels like they sincerely love the place they work at. Service, food, cleanliness and customer orientation was on highest level possible. Bathrobes, towels, bedsheets were great as well. The wine list is truly amazing (with very reasonable pricing) and apparently the owner has a great collection of his own which is worth taking a look. Definitely coming back there!

The outdoor jacuzzi temperature was to low, wasn’t very pleasant being in there for more than a minute.
