Nice room in the heart of Lisbon, gorgeous balcony, nice restaurants downstairs for dining and breakfast, location was just top notch, staff was very helpful (n.b. no lift in the building, take into account a few steps with your luggage)

Breakfast was excellent - and a lovely location across the road. Room was clean and had some basic amenities included - eg, soap, shower gel etc. Air conditioning worked well. Bed was comfortable.
We were surprised that the room was so small. It served us well for the short stay we had but would not want to be here for more than a few days. Some of the furniture needs some care and attention, eg, the bathroom cabinet underneath the sink - the bottom edge had come away and not been replaced. The toilet seat was not fitted well either . Better pillows would make the comfort of the bed much more comfortable too.

It was a convenient location.
No lift, difficult bring luggage back down the stairs. A lot of noise from outside during the night - especially early morning with rubbish trucks. Very noisy inside if anyone came in during the night. No sound insulation.
