The location isn't bad..
The staff were very nice 👍
There was a cute black cat named Baltazar, I was enchanted with him.
The bed was very comfortable.

Room is spacious and clean. Great breakfast! Very friendly and helpful staff!
Hot water was accidentally turned off but the staff addressed it quickly.

They found out it was my birthday and at breakfast they brought me a small cake
- when you arrive the reception is empty
- no one helps you unload your bags
- there is a trolley for this purpose, however
- the receptionist has a distant attitude
- after giving you the keys he says "go down there" and you discover you have to drag your bags up two floors (there is no elevator)
- the room is of regular size but there is no place to hang your clothes
- there is no luggage rack
- there are no sockets to charge your devices. You have to unplug the lamp
- the bathroom is small
- the sink is minimal and you cannot put your items on a surface
- normal amenities but no ear cleaner
- not much light in the bathroom
- two coat hangers for two people
