I wouldn't go back

The room is large

The furniture is old and in very poor condition. There were pieces missing off the cabinets, parts were falling off the bottom of the bed, the curtains were missing hooks. When it rained, water leaked under the window and down the wall. There was mold on the wall from the moisture. The kitchen wasn't very clean. The mattress was uncomfortable. The TV is very small.

Abu in the restaurant was great and fantastic chap. Giovanni was another great guy. I love them both. The staff were all ready to assist

570 / 5.000 The apartment was very nice and was equipped with everything we needed and everything the description said: large fridge, electric oven, electric hob. The apartment is very spacious (36 sq m) and clean. The beds were comfortable although a bit narrow. The bathroom was very clean and spacious. The location of the apartment, although a bit far from the center, is near many bus and tram connections with which you can quickly get anywhere. The hosts were very kind and welcoming. This is the first time we have tried an apartment but it exceeded our expectations.

Nice, good-sized studio, situated close to the Diamant tram station, which allows for good public transport connections to the city centre and other important areas around the city.

Great place to stay in Brussels at very affordable rate

Very spacious room with very good facilities. On site parking was excellent. Very helpful staff. Although not near the centre very close to public transport. Also close to shops and restaurants. The mini kitchen was very useful.

Sadly the air con in one room was not working when the temperature was hitting 30C! Reception gave us a fan which helped a bit, but was still very uncomfortable. However the second room was perfect!

Great hotel for singles and couples close to all conveniences.

A nice apartment just outside the city. The room was a good size with all requirements (kitchenette, bathroom, cupboards). The staff were friendly and spoke English. Can use the microwave downstairs (in kitchen). Close to shops, bus stops and train station.

The sound on the tv could not be increased. The air conditioner did not work.

The downsides wouldnt't put me off staying again. Overall great value for money compared to others.

Spacious room with great value for money. There was a fridge available in the room. Staff were friendly and efficient as well.

The bathtub was not very clean; there was a permanent mark at the bottom that resembled mold. The sink was also not draining properly, likely due to a blockage. After running the tap for a few seconds, the sink would begin to fill up, and the water would only drain slowly over time.

Great value for money hotel with easy access to the city centre

Good out of centre location with easy access to tram/underground just across the street. Easy to get in to centre. A few good local restaurants. Room was large with everything you need. Good to have a table and a desk

Looks like recently updated room and more than adequate but still a few small items need to be improved to be perfect such as leaking shower and kitchen not accessible in my room.

good enough

good location for me privately , but because of many possibilities of buses/ trams - good place to reach center of BXL. very good access to reach BXL by car from east side of city . There is underground parking ( 15 EURO/night)

Furniture , especialy in the Kitchen : upper cabinets - destroyed . Heats-radiator in the main room doesn't work properly ( on the beginning didn't work , after service , ..only half was cold :o))

Surprisingly bellow average

The hotel was completely different to the pictures that we saw online: - All the walls were moldy, or their paint was peeling off - The pieces of furniture inside the room were all damaged - The hotel made 3 times a mistake in regards to our invoice - There was a plastic bag covering the smoke detector On the positive side + the room was fairly spacious + the room was cleanish

When I get to receptionist with complain that in the bathroom is no light, another guy just came with a shower in his hand… The light was not fixed, the reception was closed in mornings and evenings to let them know it is really still broken. Walls of the room were dirty and the kitchen locked (extra fee…).

Location was ok. Room was clean

1. I was charged wrongly for accused smoking in the room where I am non-smoker through out my life. 2. Cleaning staff and manager did not give any chance to hear my side and charged €85 for alleged smoking 3. Dishwasher was not working

Self catering facilities were excellent, large quiet room with beautiful views of garden. Comfortable bed.

I had requested a garden view room but on arrival found my room overlooked main road. When I complained to reception they said that I could move the next day. Socket over bathroom mirror was unreachable.

I have stayed here a couple of times. Diamant Suites is now my preferred accommodation in Brussels.

The room was smart and spacious, the decor modern, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen facilities very useful. The location was perfect for me. Diamant metro stop is just a couple of hundred metres away.

The staff is great, the location too in a nice neighbourhood with shops, reasonably close to the city center, the general idea of room with kitchen is also very convenient

The room looks kind of old and exploited, the rug on the floor has seen ages of clients probably, the cleanness raises questions as all, like bed sheets didn't seem to have been properly washed after the previous client

Quiet district. The tram station is nearby, just a couple of minutes walk. Spacious room. Full bath tube and hot water. Ironing facilities in the room.

There were not the coffee machine in my room, thought it was advertised for my type of apartment. Even thought I did online check-in, I did not receive any pin code for entrance and had to do normal check-in again. The heater in room did not work, and it was too cold. The kitchen utensils were passable, also no frying pan. The next day after my check-in someone entered the room without any knocking or asking. Later I was told that it might probably was cleaning. But at the same time for long stay the cleaning is just once a week, and they do say at least "hello, cleaning/housekeeping". Of course, the pin codes were changed, but still, this kind of things should not happen at all.

Very good value for money, big room, great amenities, close to transport to get into the city centre

Check in only available until around 5pm. Had to help a lot of people try check in as there was no option for them to do it but luckily I had a QR code to do it. No one would answer the phone also so they were forced to stay at another hotel after paying for this one.

Relatively close to the national airport, good public transport. Communication was very smooth. The kitchenette had microwave, fridge etc.. Good storage for longer stay. The windows faced the busy street so be prepared for a bit noise. Generally, good value for money.

I was little bit disappointed with the bathroom - it wasn´t very clean.
