The hotel suited us as we needed to be in the area for personal reasons. It is also very close to Zaventem for those that need it. The hotel is situated on a busy street with lots of options for restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff throughout were really friendly. We would use the hotel again should we need to be in the area.
The hotel is having an upgrade and there are things that need to happen. The breakfast options were fine but the breakfast room itself was dreary. If arriving by car it is important to note that it is impossible to park outside in order to check-in. One has to follow the instructions sent by the hotel about the hotel car park which is an extra and not easy to find and go there prior to check-in. The one issue with the room was that there was no extract in the bathroom.

Excellent room, where nothing is missing! Clean facilities, comfortable bed, good sound insulation, enough space for luggage and clothes, efficient curtains, lots of electric outlets, USB A and C outlets, and a really well designed walk-in shower with good quality cosmetics. AND a professional quality hair dryer (Babyliss), much appreciated!!!
Excellent croissants at breakfast.
Minor detail : salted butter and a larger selection of jams would be a nice touch at breakfast.

We arrived earlier than 15:00 and the staff let us check in around 13:00. After a long flight it was the best thing that could happen to us. Thanks a lot!

When we were checking in at midnight after flight delays, we asked for some water and we were told there was water in our room. We had to say, “We are thirsty now, and not in the room yet. Is there any way we can have some water?” They brought back a mini bottle for us to share. When we got inside the room, there was one mini bottle only of water, so it was a good thing we got the micro one downstairs! The room and linens smelled foul. When we requested two extra pillows for sleeping, we received one pillow with a pillowcase and another one that was meant as an accent pillow, that was crusty velour with a large stain and hole in it. Upon checking out the next morning, two employees were looking at us, saying things and laughing. When I asked what was going on, one giggled, “Oh, he said something about you.” I asked what it was, and he said, “Oh I forget,” still laughing. Seriously unprofessional.

Like all hotels it is not the food or the pool that people remember it is the staff. Alicia on reception was wonderful with sorting me out for transport from the airport and offering to lend me a charge cable for my phone and advice on local restaurants.
Nothing really. The hotel is been renovated and definitely will give us a brighter look but as a business hotel near an airport it is perfect.

1. The staff are very friendly and professional.
2. The rooms are neat.
We noticed a few young women waiting near the reception area, which may give off an impression that could affect the hotel's overall image.

It was quiet and good for rest
The parking available was misleading. You have to pay $26 a night additional. This should have been mentioned. The bed sheet has tears. The carpet had rolls and looked run down. The gym had 1 machine and was useless to me.

Perfect location. The bus stop for bus Nr. 66 is right opposite the hotel door and with just one vehicle, in about half an hour, you can reach the heart of the city (central station). An excellent breakfast buffet with a wide variety is available for an additional fee. It is possible to reserve a parking space for an additional fee, and a direct connection to the hotel is used for luggage and access to the parking lot. The room was spacious, with a large and very comfortable bed.
The water in the bathroom did not have enough flow. The shower screen was not large enough and when taking a shower, a lot of water splashed onto the floor.

Stayed in Executive double. Very spacious and had good amenities. The location was perfect as it is close to motorways and accessible to city centre in 20 to 25 mins. There’s parking space in the side of the road which is free after 9 pm.

I liked the service and the reception staff. The check in process was seamless and only took a few minutes. We had received everything we had requested throughout the stay, such as iron, ironin mg board, toiletries that had run out, etc. I liked the shower, which is rather big.
What we didn't like is the difference between the expectation and what we received. I would like to preclude it by saying that all in all, we received okay value for money.
Having said that, the hotel is at best a three star hotel, and is very far from a four star one. The airport shuttle service is only provided on weekdays, which is something we didn't know when we made the booking. The room we had was very small, much smaller than any 4 star hotel we ever stayed at. The hotel is quite run down, both from outside and from inside. The room was in dire need of repainting as the what used to be white walls had marks everywhere. The main light of the room was in the corner and was quite dim. Again, something I had never seen in a hotel, let alone a four star one. There were only two pillows on the bed, which probably needed to be replaced 3 years ago, and no option for a hard/soft pillow, which is the least one would expect in a four star hotel. The container holding hand cream had fallen down as soon as we entered the bathroom, albeit it was fixed during our stay.
All in all, the hotel offers a decent value for money, but is not a 4 stay hotel, and should not pretend to be. I stayed in many 3 star hotels that were better.

This felt like a typical business hotel to us. The facilities are mostly targeted at business travellers rather than family or leisure visits. The room was quite comfortable and spacious; truly value for money. It was really clean on arrival. There are several facilities at the hotel, like room-service, airport transfer, that we did not avail. The neighborhood is nothing special -- it is a little far from Brussels city center, and mostly residential. Public transport connectivity, however, is convenient to reach tourist/business destinations within the city. Overall, a pleasant stay.
The breakfast could have been a lot better, in our opinion. It is definitely not value for money. However, there are not too many cafes or breakfast places in the neighborhood -- so it is convenient to have the option in the hotel.

Didn't have breakfast as had to leave early for flight
Disappointed that after choosing the hotel for it's convenience for airport and choosing the more expensive room option as it had 'free airport shuttle', we arrived late evening Fri to be told the shuttle only runs Mon - Fri ..... not Sat morning. When we queried this we were made to feel stupid that we hadn't read the small print clearly. I would expect that for bookings on a weekend this should be flagged up to save any stress.

The room was quite okay. the items inside room were fine and clean.
Few of them:
1 - I specifically mentioned that I am travelling with my wife and an infant, they still gave us the room beside the life which was so poorly insulated that there was very loud sound of doors opening and closing of the lift can be heard which affected my kids sleep and bothered us a lot. I went downstairs(about 12am) at the reception to ask for a room change. He said they are full and no other room is available without even looking at the availability.
2 - I travelled with my own car, it was Saturday night. I had my own car, their parking garage was in the basement but was very very congested. First you can't take a u-turn, secondly (and most frustrating one) the space for each car is so small that if 2 cars are parked together it's very difficult to open the doors. They cherry on the top was they charged 21 euros for a night which was really absurd. I recommend to park on the street which will cost you a lot less than this. Later I checked via EasyPark where I would have paid about 2 euros only and as this was the weekend, the price should be lower.
3 - The interactions I had with staff was not friendly at all. They looked like they are forced to do their job.
Overall very concise space and I must say it's a 3 star hotel and not 4 star.

Comfortable rooms
Good location, Brussels center is 7 to 8 kms and can be reached by car in 15-20 minutes
Breakfast is costly and not worth €22

We stayed at the hotel the night before our flight. When we came back from visiting the city centre, there were around 50 people all checking into the hotel and the lifts were packed. We were staying on the 4th floor and I am currently pregnant. We asked staff where the stairs were, and the lovely man who was working in the entrance to the restaurant/bar that night really kindly showed us a quicker way. Later that evening we realised we only had one small pillow each in the room. This wasn’t ideal for sitting up and reading, nor was it ideal for me sleeping whilst pregnant so I went down to reception. It was still busy, but the same nice man noticed I was waiting and asked to help. He went out of his way to go and find another pillow and brought it to my room. He was brilliant and kind

The room is large enough and well organized, allowing for 2 people to do different activities (eg one sleeping and the other working on a computer). Decoration and whole feel is dated and old fashioned, but the bed is large and comfortable.
Personnel were helpful and clever (to immediately understand what you were asking for). Free shuttle to and from Brussels airport a huge plus (not available during weekends).
The location was convenient for my needs and parking was easy enough and cheap (I had a car and parked in public spaces)
Also very good value
The initial feeling in the room is a bit gloomy and definitely dated, old fashioned. But once you get used to it, the room is actually quite good, well organized.

The room was big, clean and comfy
Bus stations are near
Places were to eat are also near
Convenience stores around
Prices are a bit to high, however, Brussels hotels are expensive and the city itself does not deserve such high prices - sorry to say that.
Not very close to city center however also not very far

Very clean hotel, the room and the bathroom are great and very clean. Good location. Comfortable and large bed.
I did not like that in a four-star hotel there is no coffee in the room, the breakfast had a very small assortment. No expresso at breakfast, juices were watered down, only 2.3 types of bread.

Very accommodating staff for early entrances, super comfortable bed, great price for Brussels and still decently communicated with the city centre. Airport shuttle very much appreciated.
Noisy road outside and felt a bit uncomfortable inthe area when returning alone at night

The shuttle service from and to the airport.
The service minded and polite staff.
The windows are not sound proof and the heavy traffic outside until late at night was disturbing.
The rooms need better sound proofing as well.

Location was good to go to the Event Lounge where we had a convention; a bit far though from the city center if that is what you are interested in. The room was fine and comfortable, and mine was not facing the main road, so it was very quiet to have a good rest at night.
If anything the room toilet facility was a bit old and outdated overall (my sink had a crack but did not leak though); but did the trick. There was not forced ventilation in it dough so after a shower you had to open the door to let the steam out of it.

Very comfortable and well linked with centre

Comfortable bed and nice breakfast buffet
Noisy environment directly at a busy corner. Parking very narrow and not available at all when we arrived. Corridors and carpets not really nice. Some nasty discussions and in particular, I would not have expected I have to justify that I speak dutch. Will not come back here.
