Brilliant service

Fantastic service all around. Very helpful. €14 per person for breakfast. But well worth it. Can do your own. But for one night, found it worth having it brought to your door at the time you stated. Very quiet. Slept very well. Steam room and pool brilliant. Lovely person on reception. If have to go to this area again I would book here again..

Well below expectations, would not return

Breakfast was terrible. For 28 euros we got coffee, hot chocolate, 2 croissant, 2 pieces baguette, 1 bad apple, 1 kiwi. I had also requested, on check in, yogurt and cereal, but it turned out they didn't have any. I was told the baguette WAS the cereal! After complaining the price was halved. The worst breakfast I have ever had in all my travels.

I chose this place because of the gym. What I did not realize was that it would cost extra to use it...so I didn't. The kitchen was in a dark area and only had one spotlight, which was behind you, so the kitchen top remained unlit. The TV was tiny, too small to be viewed from the bed. No comfortable chairs, only two stools, so the bed was the place to sit.

A great place for a stop off with our family including a 11yo, 9yo and 6yo. Secure parking, beautiful place, great facilities and just a short tram ride from the city centre. Will go back if ever in Nantes again.

Quiet, private, clean and comfortable! Nice rooms and nice location outside of Nantes! Public transport was readily accessible into the city and back again! Pool was lovely and calming! Outdoor space was lovely at night to sit out and chat!

Overall loved it - a real oasis

This a little oasis in Nantes for a wonderful relaxing short stay. Have been a few times and love it.

One of the staff members was less than polite and was rushing us out of the spa at 7.30pm, which is half an hour before the advertised closing time

Overall a very good accommodation to go relax for a few days.

Clean room, comfortable bed, cozy studio! We checked in a few hours early at no extra cost which was fantastic! The pool & sauna were nice too, although a little pricey! Decent location - close to the bus station or if you enjoy walking, it’s a 30-40 mins walk to town centre.

Some of the staff spoke no English at all and it was hard to understand each other (thank God for Google translate). Couldn’t cook in one of the nights because of the cooker in our room was not working - it got fixed the next day but in our last night it stopped working again. Quarter of a roll of toilet paper when we checked in - had to go to reception to ask at least 1 more roll.

Easy to get to via tram, bus or train. Welcoming staff. Fantastic facilities. Rooms with everything you need. Pool and spa services are excellent. Very close to restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Would highly recommend and I'll definitely go again.
