Comfortable bed.

The shower did not work because the tap to shower button was broken. The extractor fan didn't work. Not enough milk, one per cup is not enough.

Modern and clean rooms

Very friendly staff. I had to leave early in the morning (before 6AM) and they prepared me a take away bag with breakfast.

The restaurant was not so nice. I waited 45 min for my main dish and, at the end, heard it wasn't launched yet (I finally cancelled it).

Perfect location, huge super market at 30meters. Nice room, isolated from the outside noise. Cozy bed and pillow.

There was lots of hair in the shower cabinet, so it was uncleaned. No towels for face (why?). No hot water at 10 in the morning.

It was okay.

Did not like that it was right next door to a huge big cemetery.

I have to be honest for the first time there is nothing to like about this hotel

the list is long: a very abrupt and uncaring check in. we are vegetarians and the offer of vegetarian food was quiet simply awful (some very dry bean lasagna) the portion size was so small we had to complain we were then given a tortilla with some tomatoes sauce and a sprinkle of cheese to bulk the meal out. although the restaurant manager was embarrassed there was not the slightest effort to help. our bedroom was ok I mean just ok the bathroom has mould in the shower in this day and age not acceptable and I have to say the general state of the public areas was poor especially the front door which is where they chose to let people smoke!!!! breakfast was another disappointing experience the cutlery was dirty the pastries were definitely from the day before and the coffee simply awful. my check out where I explained my dissatisfaction was again met with no genuine concern. just a bill for over 229 euros for one night!! AN ABSOLUTE RIP OFF I WILL NEVER STAY IN THIS CHAIN AGAIN.

Great hotel in a great city!! It is outside the city but no problem....there is a bus stop virtually outside the hotel and there is a bus every 4 minutes...about 10 minutes to reach centre. Also, great restaurant.

it has two levels of parking, one "open" and one underground. Room was very spacious and comfy

The location was good for an overnight stop. The room was very quiet. Good restaurant and large choice for breakfast. Free parking was a bonus.

Great location, just near bus stops that takes 10 mins to the city centre. Underground car park was great. Rooms clean and practical. Great staff !

The property was easily located near a bus stop that allows you to hop on the number 4 into town and it’s an 8minute journey. the property was lovely and easily accessible

the size of the single beds. we could of done with a larger single bed. they were tiny

Location ,car parking. Clean ,comfy, great room service.

Personal preference could do with extra pillow each.

Good location - friendly staff and secure car park which was helpful because we were travelling on motorbikes. Internally good with a nice bar and TV - restaurant was fair with a good choice of food and not too expensive.

Food was served only comment could have been warmer. When we arrived the room we were allocated had not been made up. We mentioned this to reception and were given a clean room immediately.

Would be nicer if the room could be renovated. The buffet was very good. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The building has a weird smell (maybe because of the restaurant). There is no serving hatch for the tray in the restaurant.

It was clean, very convenient location.
