The room had the best view of the bund skyline although I had to request to be moved from the initial room provided as it was side view. Staff helped to change the room immediately. The food however we ordered for dinner on the first night took ages to come and the steak was undercooked. We complained and given complimentary fruit and apologies. There were no issues for breakfast. The location is great not far from the bund. Overall it was a good stay but we had to look for other options for dinner etc due to the bad experience.

View and location
Had to wait 1.5 hrs after a long trip with family and a baby to get the room even though I reached the hotel after checking time.
AC was hot and not working
