Concierge booking was effective and attentive..cannot ask for more.
Understaffed..I requested for cleaning at 11am but nothing was cleaned when I got back at 3pm. Not acceptable and it took forever to get the luggage before checking out. Their staff had done their best I believed..it is just the poor management. I don't think I would go back again.
