El apartamento está en un entorno muy tranquilo, ideal para descansar. En general, la ubicación y la tranquilidad fueron lo mejor de nuestra estancia.
Las camas y las almohadas fueron, con diferencia, las más incómodas en las que hemos dormido. Después de una semana de estancia, el descanso fue muy deficiente. Además, en una de las habitaciones había problemas de humedad. Durante algunos días aparecieron varias personas por los apartamentos sin presentarse ni explicar quiénes eran, por lo que no sabíamos si eran los propietarios, personal de mantenimiento o trabajadores, lo que nos generó cierta incomodidad. El penúltimo día, a  las 9:00 de la mañana, comenzaron unas obras con obreros picando y haciendo  ruido, lo que resultó bastante molesto e inapropiado para quienes aún estábamos alojados. Por último, había varios gatos que entraban en la terraza, dejando suciedad y un olor desagradable.
