The accommodation was of a high standard and had all the facilities to make our stay comfortable and safe. The views from our accommodation were exceptional and its location was excellent.

There were a few minor issues with the house but could easily be addressed. The shower screen leaks due to the moulding being broken which caused water to leak onto bathroom floor. The screen either needs repair or replacement. Better instructions on the use of dishwasher/microwave as overseas visitors - we needed to use You Tube to learn how to operate them. The internet router was in the lobby area and so the signal did not work well in parts of the house - a repeater device could be installed to make the use of wifi better. We needed an instruction sheet addition to the folder to explain the reclyling process. We had to get a bag from Property Managers and ask where appropriate materials could be taken to in the town. This was unexpected as we had been told about Switzerland's attention to detail on recycling. It was a minor thing but could be simply improved with clear instructions.

Place de parking souterrain inutilisable car trop petite. J'ai eu un parking extérieur, mais avec une électrique ce n'est pas idéal lorsqu'il gèle.

It was convenient to First gondola, train, grocery store and restaurants. Every evening after dinner we would choose a different path to explore the incredible views of Grindelwald.

I wasn’t sure where to put the trash at the end of our stay so better direction for that would be helpful.

The apartment is spacious with enough amenity for a long stay The location is central with 3 mins walk to Grindelwald First cable car and 10 mins walk to the train station The price is good compared to other options

The house kinda stinks with old smell from the furniture They have strict rules for leave the water on the bathroom floor. The fine could be up to 400 CHF. We had a 7 night stay and they only provided 1 set of bath towel for each person The instructions are kinda confusing to navigate things such as where to throw the garbage The bed is not comfortable with a big hole single mattresses
