空間大，是一整個公寓，是次單位打開門是玄關，接著看到客廳、飯廳、一間睡房、開放式廚房、乾濕分離衛浴，還有陽台。客廳大得可再睡兩人，不過廚房空間很小，備餐都移師到飯廳進行。有齊全的煮食用具和鹽，其他的則沒有。 另外入住完全自助無接觸，也有升降機免去拿行李走樓梯的煩惱。 瑞士的窗也很棒可以由上打開一個縫來換氣，不用整個窗都打開。 鄰近First的入口處。
陽台看出去是高聳的山峰、跟對面的工地，每天早晨開始都在施工，這點在臨近入住前網上預先登記付城市稅後才在收據標注有施工的情況。另外隔音有點差，隔壁的旅客一大早起床的對話聲都聽得清清楚楚（可能是我把窗戶打開了）。以及入住指示不太清晰，需要動腦才靠自己找到拿鎖匙的位置。 陽台可以通往旁邊的房間，真的要靠大家自律。

일단 위치가 너무 좋았어요 근처에 레스토랑도 많고 피르스트로 바로 앞이구요
숙소 자체에는 없고, 현재 앞에 뷰쪽이 공사중이라 조금 아쉬웠습니다.
