Apartment Roc by Interhome

Beautiful view! It was easy to get to from the main town area. We had a great experience! No complaints. Great view. Very clean. Spacious. On the 4th floor (not 2nd).

Excellent view. Well equipped kitchen.

The apartment is not listed correctly on Booking.com. It is listed as a 2 bathroom unit. This was stated in 3 different ways on the Booking.com listing (I have screenshots to prove this). I contacted the property manager (Interhome) 4 days prior to arrival with other questions and was suprised to be informed that this apartment only has 1 full bathroom. There is a second shower in one of the bedrooms but no toilet. Despite contacting Booking.com and Interhome repeatedly and providing clear evidence of the inaccurate listing, neither party would accept responsibility for the error. I was not allowed to cancel my reservation and rebook. Interhome did offer a 200 Euro discount, but in the end, they changed this amount to 200 Francs, despite clearly promising a discount of 200 Euros. No one was available at the Interhome office in Zermatt upon our arrival even though we arrived during the posted check in time window.
