We had an excellent stay at this apartment in Zermatt. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals.
The highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the breathtaking Matterhorn view from the apartment. Waking up to such an iconic scenery every morning was truly unforgettable.
The apartment is located on a hill, so be prepared for an uphill walk when returning. Consider it a complimentary fitness session with a Matterhorn view!

1. Very nice décor and spectacular view of the town of Zermatt and the Matterhorn (on a clear day);
2. Very comfortable beds;
3. Well stocked cookware and utensils;
4. A lot of well positioned wall shelves for storage;
5. Laundry (washer and dryer) is included, which is very nice for an extended stay;
6. Access to a community funicular to go up or down the mountain;
7. Host is very responsive to questions or requests.
Overall very happy with our stay. If I have to nitpick, I wish there is more than one set of keys. This will come handy to use the funicular for our whole group (of 4) without having to figure out who is going to meet who when and where.
Related note: not an easy walk to the apartment on foot (without using the community funicular) due to the incline. But to be fair, this is well noted by the host on their website.

The view was great- Matternhorn in front of you
The kitchen was well equipped

Owners in contact when we highlighted WIFI not working and lack of wood for the fireplace
Apartment is definitely not modern, it’s rather dated and frankly speaking it requires deep cleaning. We had to clean the floors day one. The bathroom heater didn’t work and there were a lot of stains on furnitures. There was a bad smell in the apartment and a lot of dust everywhere. The furniture covers require replacement- there were very smelly and dirty as well.
