Phenomenal Location Near Beach & 5th with Stunning Roof Pool

Overall, the property really was phenomenal. It was really modern and very comfortable. We had a three bedroom, three bath apartment. Walked in to a very nice living room with a large dining table and large (70 inch, it looked like!) TV. The kitchen was excellently appointed -- gas stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, full size refrigerator, and a stackable washer / dryer that washed and dried our clothes well but was EXTREMELY noisy (washer probably only needed to be balanced). All of the bedrooms were very comfortable. Beds were comfortable, large closets with hangers. Management provided shampoo and body wash for the bathrooms. This property's location is also really good -- it's only about 4 blocks to the downtown Quinta Avenida area, and is located on a quiet street. It also has at least a couple of really good restaurants within 2 blocks that we tried: El Fogon for meats. chicken, pork; and Cafe Andrade for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The rooftop of the building has a really wonderful pool and area, where one can sit in the sun in the comfortable lounge chairs and swim in a really nice and very clean pool -- not heated. I also contacted management a couple of times, and the response was extremely prompt, very courteous and professional.

VERY noisy neighbors! I'm talking, LOUD yakking or music until AT LEAST 3 in the morning, which makes it hard to get any good sleep or rest. My bedroom (first door in the hallway on the left) faced the neighbor's kitchen area, and I didn't get any sleep at all on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday nights. Should have called the management about this, but I did not. Recommend that management put up signs about excessive noise after around midnight. The washer and dryer unit should be balanced -- what a racket they made! And a couple of extra garbage bags should be provided -- there was only ONE large garbage container with no explanation about what to do when that filled up!

Four minute walk to the nearest Walmart, and great bakery around the corner. Less than a 10 minute walk down to fifth Avenue. The condo was clean, neat and nicely appointed . Rooftop pool was great water was clean. However, there were no shady spots so if you wanted to use the pool in the afternoon, it was too hot. However, it was very nice later in the evening. We always got a quick response from the host whenever we had questions about the apartment.

The condo didn’t have any necessities for the kitchen, for example no salt or pepper no condiments. They only filled the 5 gallon water jug one time. So you would have to carry a heavy jug from the Walmart back to the condo.
