The location is amazing. I was there for a mountain climb and I needed some gear for the mountain. El Corte Ingles was next to the hotel - just few steps away! Everything was within a walking distance
The cups in the room don't get changed or cleaned every day, even when I spoke to the receptionistsSsSs. They don't change it for some reason. Other than that, everything was amazing

Stuffy rooms. There was something clearly wrong with ventilation in the rooms.

The location
The room was extremely small and was in a very poor location where there was a lot of street noise. The breakfast was not very good.
