    Not sure why it happened but after getting confirmation from Agoda we did not received any emails , requests from the owner. After 5 hours driving we arrived to the place and we faced challenges. We came at the proper time but there was nobody to open the doors. Telephone shown as contact by Agoda was not working but luckily we found one on the doors. Owner / person in charge was surprised about us and was asking about confirmation of the booking. After providing all through the phone we had to go online and put all our details during online registration. All done at 3 pm, outside the doors with luggage’s and 38 C degrees. It was the worst checking experience we had in Spain. Afterwords we received automatic message on Whatspap with some inf . As parking suggested costed 36 euros / day I was asking for further suggestions but did not received feedback . Afterwords we learned there is no hot water for bath. We communicated it through telephone and later on by person in the office and we received feedback they will work on it but till the end of our stay there was no hot/ warm water. Besides that : Nice apartment , new appliances still cover with protecting foil . Would be great if there was washing machine . Bottle of wine as gift was positive surprise after negative experience with check in & problems with water.
