This hotel is definitely not a 4 star hotel - more like a solid 3 star. The location of the hotel is great - walking distance to Centro, Alhambra, etc. The hotel has nice facilities - pool, restaurant with decent food, etc. (though the elevators weird weird and slow). The room was very small (with comfortable bed), and had no amenity products (not even hand soap). The rooms need updating and maintenance - one bed lamp didn't function, the bed sheet was frayed/torn, etc. The breakfast was "hit-or-miss" - a few items pretty good, but other items (like cold scrambled eggs, stale churros, etc) not very good. So overall, our stay here was good - but not great, and certainly not what we expected for a 4 star hotel at this price.

Bonne expérience, nous y avons séjourné pendant quelques jours. Points positifs : -les chambres sont propre, nettoyées tous les jours, et il y a sèche cheveux, frigo, clim, sèche-linge chauffant, -le personnel super sympathique et disponible (nous sommes arrivées tard dans des circonstances particulières et avons été très bien accueillies) -de nombreux services (notamment accès à une piscine/spa, salle de sport (demander la clé à l’accueil pour y accéder), parking, une cafétéria et un buffet petit déjeuner le matin avec l’embarras du choix) -ambiance d’ancienne Amérique glamour -bien situé et desservi Point négatif : -L’hôtel a une ambiance ancien Hollywood et la plus part des pièces sont très jolies et d’époque néanmoins il y a certains meubles de style plus moderne qui ont été rajoutés qui clashent avec le charme ancien. -voisins bruyants passé les 23h-minuit, bien que ce ne soit pas la faute de l’hôtel, nous avions prévu des boules qui est-ce mais ça n’a pas suffit, le personnel a été réactif et nous a changé de chambre pour la nuit. Recommandations déplacements: -l’hôtel est assez bien situé mais je vous conseille d’utiliser la ligne de transport c30.31,32,34 pour vous déplacer dans les lieux touristiques et le centre-ville. Car la ville de Grenade est pleine de montées raides. Le ticket est à 1,60€ si je me souviens bien et il y a des prix pour les jeunes/ étudiants donc renseignez vous à l’avance ne faites pas comme nous :) -l’arrêt de bus/navette le plus proche est à 5min de marche de l’hôtel Dans l’ensemble ce fut une bonne expérience !

I don't know how hotels get their stars. This room had no hooks in the bathroom. The safe didnt work but there were safes with keys in reception. There was body wash and hand wash but no shampoo, conditioner, body lotion or any other packets of stuff. No hooks in the bathroom, about 4 coat hangers in the open wardrobe. The hotel is tired and needs an upgrade. The pool is nice, the beds are comfortable, the location is good. The staff are great. There is decent parking nearby and at the hotel for a charge. It's just that I'd expect a 4 star hotel to be a bit nicer.
