    The location is the only good thing about this hotel (that’s the only reason this hotel is expensive). The reception is slow and the staff are not nice at all. Wifi and AC not working. This was the worst hotel stay during my trip to Portugal and Spain.

    It's all about location and it is ideally placed in the Alhambra and the building is lovely. The staff try very hard but are overworked. For the price it could be a lot better.

    Location is the only reason to stay here — perfect if you're spending a full day at the Alhambra. Everything else was underwhelming. Worst breakfast I had in Spain. I paid extra for a "superior" room, but the window faces a garden path where guests walk past constantly — no privacy, no real view. Confirm your exact room before upgrading. Tip for Alhambra visitors: several highlights inside the complex (like the Nasrid Palaces) need separate tickets. Book ahead.
