Really comfortable! Very clean, didn’t get a chance to use the pools but the outside pool looked amazing! Amazing location and views! Would love to come back.

opening times of wellness area and pool was only open 14:00-20:00. Hard to get parking as it was very busy but managed to find a space!

We enjoyed two nights at this lovely place. The location is a bit off, but well worth the detour. Nice rooms, and a nice outside pool area with a lovely view of the surrounding mountais. The staff was very helpfull as well.

a small spa sets this property apart from others in the area. staff is very attentive at meals and are very able at their jobs. the spa opens at 2pm so if you stay for multiple days you need to plan outdoor activities in the morning before enjoying the pool and spa.

the basic double rooms are VERY basic. they need updating and have no fridge and are a bit cramped. our reservation sufferered a glitch so our first night was in the basic room. the hotel compensated by giving us a junior suite the second night and it was as if we were in a different hotel- refurbished, spacious room, bigger than a postage stamp tv, couch and mini fridge not to mention the bigger shower and better quality bedding. hopefully the renovations will improve the basic rooms soon.

All the staff members where very friendly.

Breakfast is very basic: dry bread buns, eggs where always cold, nothing really for vegetarians except sweets. You only have one time plastic cups and no glasses to take your drinks. Rooms: To add here we have been in the older/not renovated rooms. They are nearly not noise insulated at all, you hear every sound of neighbouring rooms and flushing of above rooms. Beds very not comfortable.

Booking overcharged us (promised a lower price of about 25%) and then played dumb, forcing us to exchange over 20 messages with their terrible customer support. The issue was never the Hotel, only Booking. Unfortunately, as there is no other way to evaluate/provide feedback to booking's actions aside from this forum...

Nice hotel to enjoy the beauty of Alps

The hotel is located in a rural area not far from Trento and offers lovely mountain views. It is a great spot if you visit north of Italy for hiking / cycling or any other outdoor activities. The staff was polite and helpful. If you do not speak German / Italian you may sometimes have a bit of an issue, however, the staff will do their best to accommodate your needs. The wellness area was great - lots of options and well quipped, you can easily spend there few hours. The breakfast was good with multiple pastry options and good coffee. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Our room was outdated. This is not visible on the photos at booking.com, however, furniture, electric appliances, bathroom and even bed cover are all are very old and need renovation asap. Also the mattress was too soft to our liking and the room lacked soundproofing. As for the breakfast - I know that in Italy it is common to have mostly sweet things for breakfast, however, adding more vegetable options would definitely appeal to a wider group of tourists.
