Great location, not beach front however beach is directly across the road with a lane access.
Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, all home prepared.
Staff very accommodating and friendly.
Room clean with fantastic view.
Lift to upper floors is a bonus.
Shower was perfect.
We arrived very late and the hotel hard to find due to signage covered by trees.
Could do with extra pillows and bed cover as only sheets supplied.

Location and view were spectacular. The hostess was lovely and helpful. Made us feel very welcome and at home. Room was spacious and decorated nicely. Breakfast was delicious. The shower was powerful and very enjoyable. The grounds well maintained. Aircon was cool and quiet. Balcony was lovely in the evening.
TV not working in room. The ants were quite a problem, they made their way on the bed at times. The fridge turned off when the card was removed. The power was a problem both days we were there with blackouts lasting a while.

Incredibly comfy rooms with excellent facilities, near plenty of lovely restaurants, cafes and the beach. The staff are welcoming and helpful. This was the perfect place to stay for our layover just before our flight from Colombo, probably a 15 min drive and plenty of taxis about at all hours.
