Great location, within walking distance to the big beach, bars, restaurants and shops. Surprisingly quiet considering it's location. Property located in an interesting area of Negombo. Spacious property with good facilities. Outside shaded seating area. Owner available 24/7 via the phone. Great value for money. Would stay here again. Can recommend.
The ground floor Room 1 ensuite window needs a screen.

The host was awake for us to check in as we had a midnight flight. He was very helpful. Very good deal for the value.
The bathroom could be a bit more clean but it was fine.
