Online communication — unintuitive, inaccurate, frustrating. Apps are meant to make things fast and convenient — I rely on dozens of apps every day. But on your app I was given one address, but in fact was booked at another address on the same street. This could have been resolved painlessly by a human, but just added more stress to a very long travel day. But there were other problems with the online interface too. This is meant as constructive criticism — I hope you see it that way.

The place was clean, the common area was comfortable and pretty.

The room was small relative to the price. The cleaning staff were friendly; however, the front desk customer service was not satisfactory. I requested an extra blanket in the evening and it was not delivered. Instead, I was asked to go to another building around 9 p.m. to check if one was available. There were none, and I was informed that a blanket would not be provided until the following day. As a result, I spent the night without one. The compensation offered after raising the issue was a 15% discount for one night.

Nice location, clean studio, loved the patio.

No sound isolation what so ever, you can hear everything in the corridor and the room next door.
