The place was clean, the common area was comfortable and pretty.

The room was small relative to the price. The cleaning staff were friendly; however, the front desk customer service was not satisfactory. I requested an extra blanket in the evening and it was not delivered. Instead, I was asked to go to another building around 9 p.m. to check if one was available. There were none, and I was informed that a blanket would not be provided until the following day. As a result, I spent the night without one. The compensation offered after raising the issue was a 15% discount for one night.

The location was great (Eixample area, which has fancy cafés and restaurants, is just a 15 minutes walk to the old town and feels local) and the check-in easy with the door code. There was a possibility to store luggage as well. The was small but even had a little terrace and a tea and coffee maker which was great, and there is a common are with comfy chairs, table and kitchen (like in a flat sharing community). All in all very stylish (mid century modern). On top the most amazing rain shower, I felt like I was in a SPA.

It would be great to have a little cupboard in the room, there is just a little space to hang stuff (the shelves were far too high for me). And the bathroom sink was so tiny I always put the bathroom under water when I was washing my face :-) The door to the terrace was a bit difficult to open and close (very beautiful but old), but it worked and I didn't feel cold or anything although it was freezing outside.

It was in a nice location. The room and shared kitchen were clean.

The floor tiles in the room need to be fixed.

Nice location, clean studio, loved the patio.

No sound isolation what so ever, you can hear everything in the corridor and the room next door.
