Nice tents, good location
Food is not good, the extra activities are nice (especially the elephants!! That was amazing!) but I would not recommend the lion experience (throwing food over a fence) or the meerkat safari (you can see them on your morning bush safari in a much better vehicle with less people).
The staff gave the impression of being underpaid, such a shame.

Perfect location to discover the wildlife of Africa especially with children. Watching hippos from the breakfast table and Niyalas from the bed is an unforgettable experience. The friendly staff is another important part of the high quality service we received at buffelsdrift.
Like on many other accommodations in this area that we visited the lightning in the tents as well as the location and quantity of the plugs could be a bit more up to date which means a bit brighter especially in the bathroom. But this just a little recommendation to get even closer to perfect.😉👍🏼
