The glamping tents are gorgeous & staying in a tent felt more in keeping with being in a game reserve. Hippo are visible in the dam next to the camp and nyala wander amongst the tents.
The main building with the restaurant is in a stunning location overlooking the dam. The special touches like transport to the rooms and electric blankets were an added bonus.
The service was excellent and the food absolutely delicious (especially the ostrich fillet).
We enjoyed the game drives as the guides were knowledgeable & friendly. They don't have the big 5 in the reserve but we were lucky enough to see more unusual sights like the hippos out of water on a night drive. We signed up for the elephant experience which was thoroughly entertaining and the lion feeding which was dramatic and interesting.
The weather on the first morning ;)!
