The service, I did not receive my breakfast pack as was promised on check-in. We noted that we will have an early check out on the Friday morning. The staff are nice but a bit pretentious I thought

The welcome we received from the staff was excellent a nice cold glass of orange juice….it was a very hot day.
Check-in was painless and the layout of the hotel was explained to us with ease by the staff.
The food in the restaurant in the evening was excellent as was the attention to detail.
The brandy and chocolate tasting just a fitting ending to the evening.
The breakfast buffet was a little sparse. Having said that there was a large group in who had obviously had their fill. The fruit was replenished when I mentioned it to a staff member.
Maybe we should have asked the previous evening what time the group were having breakfast…next time 😂😂

Everything was great, very comfy beds, helpful staff, nice restaurant and nice facilities.
The bathroom wall didn't go full height exposing it to the bedroom.

Rooms were very pretty and alot of space.
The rooms were noisy and a buzz sound through the night. The shower had black algie in it and that was abit gross.
We would have like some sort of service at the pool to offer drinks.
