stayed at Tuna Bay for 2 days and 1 night. From the moment I arrived, the staff were very welcoming, always smiling, and served us a cold, refreshing drink. They also helped carry our luggage to the room, which was really appreciated.
Overall, the room was very comfortable. It came with a fan, air conditioning, a mini fridge, and a hot shower. However, there was no television, iron, or prayer mat provided. A kettle with coffee or tea was also not available in the room. It would be better if extra pillows were provided as well.
The café served delicious food, but the variety was quite limited. Breakfast was acceptable, though fairly basic.
The best part of the stay was definitely the location. The chalet faces a beautiful, calm, and peaceful beach, which makes the whole experience very relaxing.

A beautiful, picturesque resort. Im glad we decided to move here from the smaller island. The beach is clean and lots of fish and corals just few metres from the beach. We saw all sorts of sea creatures including many black tipped sharks. Amazing. Clams are everywhere and with different colours. Walk to the far end of the beach and theres a beautiful beach with rocks. Very close to the Fish Garden.
Joining the snorkelling tour was great. Our boatman was very helpful. Thank you.
The rooms at Tuna bay are clean and the beds are comfortable.
The restaurant here is the only one in the island worth recommending. Food is always fresh.
The staff are friendly and helpful.

The room is comfortable and clean. Dining menu is decent, but a bit pricey.
Its shortfall is the service. Not the most customer-friendly hotel. There is a head waitress who has the most unfriendly face & looked annoyed when you needed time to order your food. Killed the vibe and ambience completely - you feel like you're offending her most of the time.
The hotel was closing up for the season on checkout day. The staff was so occupied with clearing up the common area that they forgot the guests who were still waiting for the boat transfer (which was late despite them assuring me it would be on time several times). So everyone was left standing in the hot sun on our checkout day. Might as well put a sign on their forehead that says, "Leave us NOW!"
Shockingly poor behaviour but sadly they can get by due to the limited hotel options there. That's the price to pay when businesses do not need to compete.
