    I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one. The property itself is overpriced, and the service was disappointing. While the staff on-site were kind, the booking process was a nightmare.The booking representative promised services that simply could not be delivered. When I pointed this out, she denied ever making such promises, even after I shared a WhatsApp screenshot showing her exact words. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, she ignored the evidence and became rude. To the owners: tourists expect honesty and respect. If you continue treating guests this way, people will choose Thailand or Vietnam instead, where service and hospitality are taken seriously.

    We came wth a big group and we have booked 8 units in Mama’s and 15 units wth The Barat. Mama Chalet’s staffs are very friendly but ambience are not acceptable especially the toilets and were extremely dirty..I would rate it a 2 star place..Water pressure were too slow..Sorry ths is not suitable for me..

    Since alot of the hotels were fully booked because of the event on the 4-5 oct weekend, we ended up booking at Mamas Chalet sea view double room. For the price we expected better conditioned rooms. There are no water, kettle, cups, mini fridge, hairdryer, hangers in the room! Nothing. You only get a bed and 2 small tubes of body wash and shampoo. Toilet roll you need to walk to reception to take if you finish cos they dont bother to replenish. You leave food on the floor, it will be swap with ants. Despite complaining about the broken tap, no one did anything to fix it. We later moved to Barat which is just a throw away, and got a much much much better conditioned room. For less!. Stay away from Mamas Chalet if you are staying at this side of beach.
