Aria's House Studios & Apartments

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is in a great location — just a 3-minute walk to the city center and around 7–10 minutes to the beach. The room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated having fresh towels and coffee every day. The host was great — communication was easy, and they were very supportive and flexible throughout our stay. Our room was ready even before the planned check-in time, which allowed us to make the most of the day and enjoy the local beach.

One thing to keep in mind is that the sound insulation is not the best, so you may hear some voices from the neighboring rooms or the hallway. If you are a light sleeper, this could be something to consider. However, the hosts are very helpful and will do their best to assist and make your stay as comfortable as possible.

We had a wonderful stay at Aria’s Guest House! Everything was excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable, and my favorite part was the beautiful view from the balcony. We really enjoyed spending time there. The room was cleaned every day, which made our stay even more pleasant. The location is perfect, as everything is within walking distance, including the center of Neos Marmaras and the beach. It was very convenient for us.We were extremely happy with our stay and would definitely choose Aria’s Guest House again if we visit Neos Marmaras in the future. We highly recommend it!

The location is very good and we enjoyed the sea view from our balcony. The room is a good size and has the essentials you might need on an active vacation. The people from the property are very helpful with all the information you might need. It's a good place to stay if you want to explore Sithonia.
