The hotel's location is excellent; there's no parking problem, a free parking area is available just 50 meters away, or you can park in front of the hotel if you find a free spot. The room was very clean and nice, the Wi-Fi speed was very good, it's 300-400 meters from the center, and most importantly, the host was incredibly warm and helpful. This isn't related to the hotel, but the most important piece of advice I can give you is: don't come to this city or destination with an electric vehicle; you'll have to use the incredibly slow charger at the supermarket 1.5 km away to charge your vehicle.

We had a great stay at Naias. The accommodation was just as described, but for us, it was even better than expected, mainly because of the professional service and warm hospitality. When we made the reservation, we requested that the third bed be a regular bed instead of a sofa, as specified in the room description. The hosts responded immediately and confirmed that our request would be fulfilled, which we really appreciated. The room was cleaned every day, and everything was very clean and well-maintained. The location is excellent. There’s free parking nearby, and you can also park right on the street in front of the building. It’s easy to drive out of Neos Marmaras if you want to explore more distant beaches. At the same time, the town center and the nearest beaches are just a few minutes away — either by car or on foot. Getting back on foot was also quick and easy, as the nearby streets are not very steep. One of the best things about the location is the constant breeze — we kept the windows open and never had to use the air conditioning.
