Tesis gerçekten beklentilerimizin oldukça üzerinde gerçekten uzun süre yaşanabilecek bir daireydi. Yunanistan da birçok yerde kaldık ancak burası rahatlık ve temizlik olarak ilk 3 4 e girer.Hemen hemen herşey mevcuttu ve her yer temizdi.Evsahibi ile iletişim iyiydi , anahtarı buluşma saatinde teslim etti evi tanıttı . Neos Marmaras da park sorunu olduğu için evin çok yakınında kendi arabası ile park yeri bile tutmuş ancak bizim araba büyükçe olduğu için oraya giremedik bu nedenle bizi güvenli bir park yeri bulana kadar takip etti ve yerleştirdi. Zaten hemen 100 m ilerdide futbol sahasının kenarındada park yerleri çıkabiliyor. Ev banyo balkon gayet güzeldi ve deniz manzaralıydı. Su ve şarap ikramı vardı. Bence buradaki resimler gerçekten evi tam yansıtmıyor ev resimlerde görüldüğünden çok daha iyiydi. Konum olarak da birkaç dakikada merkeze yürüyerek iniliyor evin yanında market , pastane ,restoran mevcut (sadece markette çalışan bir çocuk fazla milliyetçi) Ayrıca rezervasyon yaptığımızda evsahibi bizi merdivenlerin biraz yüksek ve dar olduğunu bildirdi bu çok iyiydi çünkü büyük bir bavul çıkartılacak gibi değildi. Bu nedenle 2 gecelik ihtiyaçlarımızı alıp kalanları arabada tutarak bunu çözdük. Herşey için teşekkürler

Sevilmeyecek birşey yok sadece yaşlı insanlara merdiven biraz sıkıntı yaratabilir bir de sanırım evsahibi farketmedi dolaplarda çay olmasına rağmen kahve bulamadık, unutmuş olabilir.

Apartament incapator,confortabil, cu vedere la mare , terasa mare ...

We only stayed for one night, but the apartment is absolutely beautiful and I truly wish we could have stayed longer. It’s very well-equipped, modern, and spotlessly clean. The location is perfect — shops and everything you might need are just around the corner, yet the apartment itself is very quiet and peaceful.

The only small downside was that the air conditioning is only in the living room, so the bedroom was a bit warmer. But honestly, that wasn’t a big issue at all. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend it!

Large and modern apartment with a good location, tastefully furnished. The host is very kind and helpful, we asked for a fan and another blanket, and they provided them. Absolutely recommended!

The quality of the two beds in the living room is much worse than the one in the bedroom, so those who slept on them really struggled. One of the beds squeaks terribly; we tried tightening the screws, but it didn’t completely fix the problem. The mattress on these beds was also too hard. The kitchen equipment is somewhat lacking: there are basically only four pieces of cutlery and glasses in total, the baking dishes are worn out and unsuitable for baking. The switch on the extractor hood was broken, and the TV remote control was also broken by a previous guest. The nearby beach is very crowded, and in the evenings it’s very difficult to find a parking spot around the football field, so it’s not worth leaving the accommodation by car at night. The air conditioning is located only in the living room, and it took two days to cool down the entire apartment, so we had to request a fan. The outdoor unit produces a resonating noise because the wall installation lacks proper rubber insulation.
