The staff is helpful and very reactive;
In a small apartment you find everything you need;
Quiet in the night ( room 2.4 on second floor ) ;
Central in Berlin Kreuzberg;
Very near to Görlitzer Park ;
Confortable double bed;
The size of the apartment is good for 1 person, for two could be a bit too limited;
The online check in procedure to get the codes to enter the building and the apartment could be some time complicated but the staff is really very reactive and helpful if something goes wrong during check in;

The location is ideal – close to the park and near a very lively area with many restaurants and shops. The room has everything you need, it was clean and comfortable, and overall we were happy with our stay
Be careful at check-in: they require a €250 security deposit at the beginning. I didn’t have that amount available, as it was quasi my entire budget for the 3-day stay, so this could be a problem for some guests.

Nice room with a good kitchen and bathroom.
Two paying adults get only one set of keycards - you are tied to your partner at all times! The so-called reception promised another set of keys several times, but they were never delivered. Lots of wasted time and restricted mobility.
