The staff were amazing and so kind. Turn right from the front door and everything you need and can enjoy are steps away.

A tight fit for two, but the price reflects this.

The room was great, had all the facilities needed to have a comfortable stay. It was clean on arrival, and had good crockery to use. The only downfall, there was no air-con. Fans were provided, but sleeps were uncomfortable as the fans were essentially pushing around hot air. The location is also right next to a very dodgy park, so unfortunately we did have some street noise and people hanging around the entrance. But overall it was a good stay.

The apartment was well equipped, pleasant for a couple of nights if you MUST visit that area of Berlin. if your just going to stay there because you don't have a clue where you'll be then avoid that area at all cost.

There's a tiny fan, it needed a big one as it's quite hot in the summer. the facilities of the building were dirty, they don't clean the floors, the lift is full of graffiti.. The area, never seen anything more decaying in Europe. Unbelievably dirty, full of drunks, drug dealers by the park, the streets are filthy, graffiti absolutely everywhere, and germans going about their lives like nothing! We had some junkies at our doorstep every night, they don't even move for you to enter the property. If you are a tourist, DONT GO THERE. Berlin has better areas. It's not a great European city, but you could certainly stay somewhere a lot better.
