The staff were very helpful and friendly, okay we had to leave a day earlier and a refund would have been nice but in fairness it wasn’t their fault, the ladies who kept the room clean were extremely polite and friendly so all in all it was a great time thank you

Tutto lo staff lavorativo sono stati gentili, cordiali, molto ospitali. Hanno sempre fatto fronte a qualsiasi richiesta. Si sono posti sempre con educazione, avendo molta pazienza in tutti i reparti lavorativi. Residence come al solito fantastico, oramai sono di casa sia nel residence che sull'isola.

Venetia Studios is good quality accommodation in an attractive and modern building. Rooms are a good size and beds comfortable. Shutters and air conditioning work well. Nice, modern bathroom with large glass shower cubicle. Good size fridge. Beautiful view from balcony. Fairly well equipped. Easy walk to port and beach. Next road has two supermarkets and two bakeries. Bus stop is right outside the Studios.

It was only by luck that my GPS took me to Venetia Hotel, rather than the Studios, as that is where one has to check-in. I saw other people later dragging their suitcases back and forth in the heat when they discovered there was no reception at the Studios - this could be explained in a message before arrival. WiFi poor. There were some minor issues with the apartment, such as the kettle not working, but these were quickly sorted once I reported them. The Studios are next to the main road into Perdika which can be noisy at times. On the third day of my stay there was no water in my bathroom and no hot water in the kitchen. I reported this on my way out that day. It turned out that it was a major problem and I ended up moving to the hotel for my last night, which was fine. These things happen, but what would have been good is if Reception had contacted me during the afternoon to let me know the situation, rather than me going back to the apartment to find it out for myself and then having to back and forth between the two buildings. It would be nice to have seat cushions for the balcony chairs and a chopping board would have been useful. Breakfast at the hotel is ok.

The room was spacious, it had a nice veranda with sea view. It was quiet and clean. The management was making sure to clean the room almost every day! Warm water all day long to enjoy your shower. And a small kitchen to prepare your breakfast if you wish.

It was lovely nothing negative to mention
