    Firstly, the value for money compared to the other places we've stayed at in various Greek capital cities was quite poor. The breakfast buffet was terrible. The only coffee available was brewed, and the range and variety of everything was very poor indeed. It's also the worst buffet we've ever had in Greece, or anywhere in the same rating as Port Square. The breakfast buffet staff were not exactly friendly or pleasant to guests. The cleaning staff did not provide proper toiletries and was quite stingy with the supply of toilet paper. One clean totally failed to provide any role of toilet paper. I rang the front desk at 6.30am as there were no more tissues and I needed a shower cap which was never supplied after 2 cleans. I was told to wait until the cleaning staff arrived at 7am and he will let them know. I had to ring again as by 7.30am no one came. The day reception staff are generally pleasant and helpful, especially Emily. Absolutely the worst hotel we've stayed at in Greece.

    Room is very clean, bright and looked as new bathroom, power outlet... bed is good. All Manchester stuff are nice.

    The hotel is fine for two people in a room but not for three. Our room wasn't ready. The night staff was rude. Breakfast was great. We wouldn't consider staying in this hotel again. Too bad how a hotel falls with unfriendly staff.
