Large, modern, well appointed, comfortable room. Very good, accommodating staff. Very good location and excellent value. A lot to like.
Where it could improve: maintenance. My room had a broken toilet seat, but I checked in after a long day of travel and didn’t feel like asking for another room or that it be fixed. Another issue with the bathroom is the shower: it’s nice & large and has a glass partition, but no door. Because of this, water from the shower easily got on the bathroom floor, soaking the towels. And generally it looks like more attention needs to be paid to maintenance.
Again, the rooms are large, modern, pleasant and clean, so you will have a good stay. But maintenance could be better.
Do I recommend it? Yes. It’s very good value, it’s a pleasant place to stay and I would stay there again.

With little time to organise our overnight stay from a late ferry arrival it was great to not have any issue checking in late and making use of the facilities before checkout the next day

I had a ground-floor unit, just off of the front desk, the units had ground drains where flies and bug came out. I don't think they can fix this. But on the parts they could fix: they forgot pillows in my unit, and they didn't clean the shower enough where there was some previous visitors left overs in the shower. I think it was cheap and close to the pier.
