    The room does look like what advertised except everything looks a lot cheaper and dated than the picture. Good lobby area though. Terrible management who took ages for everyone to get a room, just to still make a mistake and sent us to a room clearly not ready. They said they will come and check if it was actually not ready when the bedding are not even changed and still clearly used 😂😂😂😂

    A shout out to Evi who was always helpful with a great smile on her face. Apart from her, the hotel was ordinary. When I reported to another staff that my bathroom stank of sewage, they covers one of the drains with a plastic sleeve of some sort (see the pig). Not a great fix for foul sewage smell. Somehow I managed, but won’t return to this hotel despite its excellent location. Also, there is a lot of construction work happening around the hotel, and the room was very noisy during the day. I could even hear people in the corridor and next door.
