Not a great experience for the costly price to stay. Not Hilton standards!!

The size of the room was nice and the grounds of the hotel were lovely. Breakfast had a nice variety for everyone.

Our room wasn't particularly clean. The toilet was disgusting with thick brown scum all around the rim of the toilet. The sink smelt of drains whilst the tap was running and the shower tray filled with water and did not run away. The lights in the room did not work properly. To turn the bathroom light on you had to put the main room lights on first? this wasn't great when needing to get up in the night. We ate in the bar area in the evening and had to wait over an hour for food. It seems they had forgot about our order. My chicken was delivered to the table and I waited as it should have come with Chips. I assumed they had gone back to the kitchen to get them. After several minutes I went and asked and the girl said sorry and went to get some. I waited another 5+ minutes and when they came they were lukewarm warm. This ruined our meal and evening with friends. We ordered an Aperol Spritz and the bar tender clearly did not know how to make one. First handing over Apeol only and no prosecco or soda! This was laughable. Even after correcting him and showing him what it should be on the menu he still felt that he knew best and it was a dreadful drink!! I should have complained again but instead just left the drink.

Nice break

Guys at the gym acknowledging and talking to our children which you don’t get in a lot of places these days. In general the leisure staff were welcoming and talkative

The exec rooms are a little dated now and nothing standout special about them. Would prefer to have the spirits in the exec lounge available to pour instead of asking for staff each time to pour the drink

Lovely hotel and grounds. Perfect for football fans.

Lovely hotel and grounds. Had a king forest view room. Room was spacious as was bathroom. We enjoyed looking at the football pictures and memorabilia and seeing where England ( and Burton Albion - husband is a brewers fan) train. Breakfast was good.

Brilliant and highly recommended

Stayed at this hotel a number of times and it’s always great. Last night we stayed there on New Year’s Eve and we had a last minute booking with a very large party of 38 guests. On arrival Paul gave us a ballroom for our own private dining and to have basically our own karaoke and party. All hotel staff was so fantastic and couldn’t do enough for us and was on hand for any requests we had. Looking forward to our next visit.

Excellent facility at the England St Georges Park centre. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Good pool which wasn't too busy. Room was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast with great choice of both hot and cold dishes.

Amazing stay and will definitely come back

The room was clean, big and spacious and because we booked a suite we had access to the lounge that had canapes, that was a beautiful touch. Had spa treatments and it's one of the best massages l had. Overall service was great.

I didn't not like the dinner options in the restaurant, they can do better.

the wide choice of food on dissplay for breakfast that catered for everyone which was excellant

i had to complain about my evening meal and i got a discount. I did not expect to raise an issue with it as i expected a better service. I then had to complain about hot drinks we purchased that wasn't what we asked for then my wife paid for two treatments and after the first one the treatment was what you would expect from a trainee and not from a professional that then puts doubts about the second treatment so my wife cancelled. we did raise the issue with the front desk when we left and yes they where sorry but we didnot expect these issues from a top class hilton hotel

Unfortunately upon arrival they did not have our bookings, but the staff were very helpful and sorted that out. The room was very nice with a view across the fields. Pillows were too hard for me but thats because I like very soft pillows. Bathroom had everything one needs. We had dinner which was very nice and really lovely staff. Breakfast was the winner for us, so much to choice from and well laid out.

Hands down the worst hotel experience I've ever encountered. Ignorant staff, the hotel is not well signed from the outside, room service was a lengthy wait and not worth it at all. Shower was covered in mould.

Wonderful stay in an incredible place.one night was not enough

Fantastic hotel in beautiful surroundings. Staff were amazing and so helpful. The room was lovely. Breakfast was superb. All the England pictures and memorabilia was great to see.

The room, although very nice, felt tired. Unfortunately the bed wasnt confortable and i was expecting a lot more. Would have been nice to have some bottles of water in the room after a long day.

The staff were lovely. The food in the restaurant was excellent and we had a very nice dinner. Rooms were very clean

We booked a mobility accessible king room. When we were shown the room, it was a king but could not be classed as accessible. The bathroom was very small and could not accommodate a wheelchair. The shower had a cubicle with a step up into it and there were no grab rails. This meant it could not be used by us. When we spoke to reception, they were able to move us to an alternative room which did have a wet room but was only a small double room which was very tight for a wheelchair and was not what we had paid for. When I spoke to Reception to express that we hadn’t been given a room to the standard that we had paid for, they told me there were no other ‘accessible’ rooms available but they could offer me some complimentary hot drink vouchers. I declined that offer as I didn’t feel it took my concerns seriously. I was told I would be contacted by a duty manager but that didn’t happen. This was a disappointing experience from the perspective of having a disabled person in our party and I don’t feel that our concerns were taken on board.
