All was satisfactory. We knew what to expect because we have stayed at the hotel before.

Nothing in particular

Good Location, well refurbished building and rooms. Quality furniture and bathroom toiletries, good selection of tea in room and coffee, nice restaurant, Good size tv. Carpet seemed like new. In general clean . Hotel guest Living room area with views- nice idea we all thought. Brilliant in colder weather possible.

Actual room was smaller not what says in description-Extra space was walk in wardrobe but room itself almost single room size. Street view. Shower only works from above head not regular option to the body facing stream. Smell of dirty hover bag in corridor areas, when it is hot weather and inside building smell is too much. But in rooms was okay. No A/C maybe because historically building. How ever Price for tiny room without AC don’t match for our comfort personality-In winter yes .

Beautiful location and fantastic vibe. Staff worked so hard to look after us. Breakfast was gorgeous we were made to feel so welcome and cannot wait to go back.

We loved everything, but if I had to pick a negative the rooms were very hot, but it was in the middle of a heatwave and they did provide fans, so there was nothing the staff could do to change that.

Perfect location next to the mooring of the Southern Comfort paddle steamer.

Room was upstairs, no lift, difficult to locate, signs were poor. Room was very poorly ventilated, one tiny window only opened a fraction so it was far too hot and the fan provided was next to useless. The TV was at an angle to the bed, difficult to watch comfortably. The checking in staff were overwhelmed, the computer wasn’t working properly so a lot of hanging about. Drinks were very expensive.
