Food order took over 1hour and not at the same time but it was good when it came

Breakfast very disappointing . No buffet, only HALF a slice of toast as the smashed avocado choice, poached egg was so small and hard that the waitress ordered replacement to be cooked before she even got to the table. Replacement egg was much better but I had already eaten the half slice of toast with the avocado. No other toast was even offered.

Breakfast, as previous comment. Express check in doesn't make any difference, I still had to queue behind other guests and wait for them to complete their own check in. I assumed I was going to be able to just collect my key and go to my room. There was nothing to be gained by booking in online. The lady who booked me in couldn't tell me if I had paid for breakfast or just for the room.
